Infoverity On The Move

June 13, 2011: Infoverity is announcing the addition of two talented information management professionals to the team: Steve Ruff and Ryan Hartley of Columbus, Ohio. Infoverity’s President, Matt Wienke, was very pleased, stating, “These two professionals set the bar for our intent to hire the very best the market offers. You will not meet two individuals with greater concern for their clients, commitment to their teammates, nor personal integrity. I’m very proud to work with them again.”

Steve has significant experience architecting and implementing a broad range of master data management hubs and data cleansing solutions for clients since 2005. “Steve’s versatility is such that he can swing from training a team on the technical aspects of Business Objects DQXI or Informatica Data Quality on Monday, to planning and estimating a project and presenting the business case to the executive sponsors by Friday,” said Wienke. “He’s poised, experienced in a number of industries, and confident. His clients trust him and Steve works tirelessly for them.” Steve’s experiences include architecting and implementing MDM, data warehouse, data governance, data cleansing and data integration solutions.

Steve joined Infoverity in early June 2011, and serves as a Delivery Manager, data governance subject matter expert, and lead Integration Architect on master data management and data warehousing engagements for Infoverity clients. Steve was also penned an article titled “Rationalizing a Data Quality Dashboard Solution” published in the e-zine Information Management (Jan ’10).

Ryan Hartley joins Infoverity as a Senior Consultant responsible for creating solutions around customer, vendor and product data integration and data governance. He brings deep expertise in master data hub solution architecture, testing, and data governance design and training. “Ryan has such a diverse background, both professionally and personally,” states Wienke. “He has always been one of those guys who had to dig into something to figure out exactly how it works, and that’s paired with a knack for personal interaction. He does all the hard work to research cause and effect and explain findings and options in a way that any client can relate to. On a personal level, his social and charitable involvement are a testament to his interest in putting others before himself.”

Ryan began his career in IT consulting in 2006. His experiences range from managing web development for an NBA player, to general software design and testing, including custom software enhancements to packaged solutions. He has built extensive knowledge of several MDM hub solutions and is one of the premier Purisma Data Hub architects in the U.S., having been a part of 10 different engagements since 2007, responsible for designing the business process and technical routines for data matching, hierarchy management, and stewardship. He has been the driving force behind the Columbus Arts Ball, an annual charitable event that benefits a variety of medical research and social causes.
