The 2018 summer interns at Dublin, OH-based Infoverity have wrapped up the First Annual Infoverity Summer Intern Service Project, collecting 1363 cans in a 30-day Food Drive to benefit the Dublin Food Pantry.
The interns were asked to collaborate on a service project that would benefit the community, and the charity, terms and project execution was up to them. They created a competition among Infoverity’s different practices, and employees donated either canned goods or money, with $1 equalling one can. The top three contributors donated their winnings to their favorite charities:
- 1st place: Kirt Hotmer, Director, Managed Services – $300 prize donated to Cause for Canines
- 2nd place: Chris Guenther, Senior Consultant – $150 prize donated to St. Judes Children Hospital
- 3rd place: Amanda Hamilton, Human Resources Coordinator – $50 prize donated to Friends of the Shelter
